Pep Guardiola's Arrival At Etihad - How The Citizens Can Improve...???

The Proud Manchester City - Manchester is BLUE

People mostly regarded this club as a pushover back then...... However, since Manchester City was bought by Sheikh Mansour on August 4th, 2008, this club has become glorious, capable of competing on equal footing with EPL's traditional Big Four (Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool).... Ever since then, Manchester City had obtained various glorious achievement as compared to their struggling form in the past......

However, this season (2015-16), Manchester City somehow had lost its magnificent touch... City somehow back to its previous struggling days with inconsistent form..... City had tough defeats against top table teams, and did not perform so well against middle and bottom table teams...... City needs to unlock back its gallant form in preparing for the next season..... Could this Spaniard be the key...?

FOUR consecutive glorious seasons with FOURteen trophies - the genius Josep "Pep" Guardiola

Hell, nobody can argue his capabilities as a coach/manager..... This tika-taka expert is expected to make his arrival at Etihad in early July, 2016..... According to Pep, he will overhaul the current squad by removing some of the players, and bringing in around 8 players in this summer transfer window..... These 8 players, as mentioned by Pep, is capable of making up for what City has been lacking in the previous season..... Well, these 8 players are still shrouded in mystery..... But, rumors from various football media sources have suggested that these 8 players are strongly related to Pep, and are able to bring Manchester City to a whole different level.....

  1.  Alexis Sanchez (left winger from Arsenal)
  2. Leroy Sane (right winger from Schalke 04)
  3. Paulo Dybala (forward player from Juventus)
  4. Ilkay Gundogan (box-to-box central midfielder from Borussia Dortmund)
  5. Dani Carvajal (right back from Real Madrid)
  6. John Stones (center back from Everton)
  7. Aymeric Laporte (center back from Athletic Bilbao)
  8. Danny Rose (left back from Tottenham Hotspurs)

Pep said that, what Manchester City needs is a striker with clinical finishing to pair with another upfront sharp striker Sergio Aguero, 2 new wingers to provide excellent cross-passing support from both flanks, a box-to-box midfielder to protect the back-four, as well as to creatively operate the midfield with the prolific attacking midfielder Kevin Debruyne, and not to mention new back-four players to bolster the defend - the most critical department in Manchester City's squad formation... It's quite a big spending for a summer transfer window, but if it's worth the money, why do not just give it a shot...???

It's not surprising for this 2-time UCL winner to make such big changes to this club... After recently lifting his last trophy with Bayern Munich in Bundesliga 2015-16, he had to inherit a struggling and down-to-Earth Manchester City from the previous manager, Manuel Pellegrini, who was only able to bring City to finish at 4th, and have to go for a play-off round to secure a spot in the upcoming 2016-17 UEFA Champions' League..... This is a big task for Pep to ensure that his historical debut in the English league does not tarnish his previous credibility and reputation.......

Will Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala and his selection of new players be able to breath a new wind for City to turn over a new leaf...? Let's find out in the next season of EPL...!!!
